Our bakkwa is specially selected from the hind legs of Iberian pigs., deliciously marinated with our traditional mom’s recipe.

The flavour consists of layers of moderate savouriness with an underlying sweetness. There is no char on the surface but when you chewed on the bakkwa, the toasty aroma slowly spread to you nose.
